Warm down:

Walking and stretching, catch the chuttle back to race start, head home and eat on the way.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

This is a pr for me. It was a first true 1/2 mary but this pace is faster than my 5k run splits for sprints this year.

Event comments:

Funny thing, we ran the first mile and a tenth and the train was blocking the roadway. By the time it passed everyone who started the race was standing waiting for the train to pass!! Funny, funny.
