Pre-race routine:

Watched the 11:50pm showing of Batman the night before. Got home at 3:30 in morning then woke up at 4:45. Not the smartest idea but 12 of us went so it was fun, and I figured I'm only 22 I can handle it.

Comments:

Just wanted to finish the swim really. Got trapped a few times so I had to breaststroke simply because I had no place to go. This time was over 2 minutes slower than my worst swim time, but I did make it through the swim without being exhausted.
What would you do differently?:

Swim faster. duh

2 days after my tri, the floor pump I had ordered a month earlier came in (backordered). After using it realized both tires only had 60 psi lol. Finished bike without being worn out so I was pleased with that. Had a lot of fun with this part of race.
What would you do differently?:

I think bike is place I can shed time the fastest. I obviously need work swimming but my next race is only 200m swim so I'm going to focus more on bike.

I couldnt believe it when I saw 21 min for my run time. My best time in training is somewhere in the 23 range. The course I train on does have some hills but I'm not sure if it would make 2 min difference. I ran the same course the other people did though. I guess I will see what my run time is in my next tri
