Comments:

Swells big enough to hide the buoys when you weren't on one. No cracshing waves but current pushed me off direction most of the time. Navigation was poor. Difficult to get good rhythm going because of this.

Decent bike overall. Couldn't push as hard as I wanted too. I think I extended myself too far in the swim. Also having some digestive issues...
Got into aerobars more this time. Helped with the wind greatly.
What would you do differently?:

Nutrition? Practice swim so I don't wear myself out too much. Strength train for stronger legs? Speedwork?

Digstive issues...None of my nutrition "digested" that day. Not sure whether it was previous day's food/illness??? Mom had issue next day too. Tired from week's activities.
