I was carousing on another forum group at muscle and fitness for her and was directed towards this website yesterday. I still have a hard time believing it's all free, it's really great for taking the guess work out of counting cals. I didn't give a fair shake at the training log posted here, but fitday looked really good to me and thought people here might find it useful.

I use it also. Not every, single day, but I pick a day at random every once in a while just to get an idea of where I'm at with my eating.

I use it every single day. When you have this much weight to lose, it is a vital tool. I had it in my signature for a while but got tired of looking at it there. Have a peek if you'd like.

I have custom entered almost everything I eat. I take the info from labels (when I do eat something packaged) and from the USDA info site. It appears that the fitday info comes from the same place.
