Pre-race routine:

Arrived on friday after 700km in the car (not driving).
Saturday 30mins bike + 40mins run both easy with some pickups.
Nice long walk in the city centre of Antwerp.
Relax and long sleeps.
Event warmup:

I cycled from the hotel to T1 for about 15mins easy spinning.
3km run warmup in 15-17 mins with some pickups
No swim warmup possible

Mass start and now way to swim without hitting people all along the course.Very though but probably 150meters shorter. Finished well and relaxed.

Warm down:

I felt great at the end and warm-down was easy, eating and drinking after the finish line.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Bike fitness. I can not do more at the moment.
I need some more season(s) to train on the bike since it is only 9 months I am cycling.

Event comments:

If you want to try your PB on HIM, this is the right one but be aware of the wind which will be always there and it is a rainy site.
