Hey all,

Well you wouldn't know it by the infrequency of my posts but I have been a long time BTer though my focus these days is more on running than anything else. With that in mind I thought I would take the chance to let BTers who might be interested know that I finally finished working on an amateur video project called "Why I Run" which is a collection of interviews with Ultramarathon and Marathon runners and posted it for viewing at Veoh.com the URL for the video is http://www.veoh.com/videos/v15492868cerjAAg3or you can just search Why I Run at Veoh and it should pop up. With luck it won't be entirely a waste of time - it is a smidge over 11 minutes long.

I watched it. Good stuff! The start line of the 50k/100k race is literally minutes from my house on foot. And the course along the lakeshore is part of my run. It was fun to recognize the exact areas that you were filming.

Hey Chris - well rabble rousing is such an effort, much easier just to roll the camera. Hope the Santa Barbara training is going well.
