Normally even when I am not having a good race, if I see the photographer I'll fake a smile. But I missed them all Sunday! I flipped through them, showed my wife, had a good laugh and deleted them! |

You can save the low-res images to your PC without paying a dime, but anyway you seem pretty set against posting. That's fine, too. I'm just trying to get to know some of the local folks, being fairly new to the area. |

At the race on Sunday when you came off of Lakeshore Drive on the run, ran the gravely course up towards the finish, as you hit the grass, it looked like there was a timing mat right there, and then there was one further up by the clock. Which one was the timing mat? I kind of slowed down at the first one, until I saw the second one and then I wasn't sure where the run ended. Anyone remember that? |

Sometimes the announcer mats can be used as a backup of the back up mats at the finish line if the finish mats for some reason miss someones finish times. Not all race venues use announcer mats.
