places to run / ride in Conway NH

Road or trail?

I believe Red Jersey Cycle is in N. Conway - check them out, as they have excellent maps and staff, so I've heard. They'll send you to the best spot, road or trail.

As for running, it's the Whites - you just can't go wrong! I believe there is a nice route around/near Ossipee Lake, but I'm not sure. I'd get out of the town areas and away from the tourists, as the locals will generally miss you by at least two inches, and the tourists won't.

I'm going to be over in Waterville Valley for the weekend if you end up heading that way - it'd be fun to meet up!

thanks for the information.  I went to Red Cycle and they set me up with some great choices for road routes.  We've been dodging thunderstorms but have managed to get in some rides.
