Here I go

There are many here who have had the challenge of the water .

I would get somebody to work with you start in the shallow end and swim across the pool it is not so hard when you know you can touch the bottom.

I would pick a race with a pool swim put in a slow time when you register and do it as quick as YOU can.

You can stop at the end to catch your breath just move over and you will be fine.

I'm lucky I have swam for years but I have seen lots of people that are afraid when they start and turn into great swimmers.

You can do it but you have to get into the water and start.
