Comments:

Can I cry? My right arm has no power. The pain is going away, but now I need to work on getting strong again.

Comments:

Ugh, I am not so sharp. When I got to T1, and unracked my bike it would not fit under the bar like it did before the race when the rack was not loaded with bike. I was too dull to realize that I just had to tilt the bike to the side and roll it out. Thank goodness Lisa was nearby and told me how to free my bike. Doh! Embarrassing, so why am I sharing this embarrassing moment here.
What would you do differently?:

Be brighter than the bike rack!

Comments:

I enjoy the bike. Love the short little down hill, hit 45.6. I could have gone faster, but a big guy was drifting left to center lane. I yelled my lungs out, but he kept drifting. Glad I did not hit the road turtles :)

The uphill part of this course is still tough for me.

Not much to say here, went ok.

Felt fine, too fine I guess because I am disappointed with my pace.

Event comments:

Ok race, my head is not in the right place while my shoulder has been such a set back this year.

Nice venue, well organized, nice.

Way to keep it going with the shoulder issues!  Keep working on it, it'll come around   Oh and no worries, inanimate objects occassionally get the best of all of us at times.  It just chose a strategic moment when you were dazed from the swim!
