What limited your ability to perform faster:

lack of prep. need more hill work. need to improve run

Final race of the year.

In general an ok race - swim good / bike ok, run bad - seems typical for me.

On a positive note, transitions were much better. This year my bike improved, run stills sux. time to formulate the off season plan

Donkai! Nice race out there. That sun was beatin' DOWN but sounds like you pushed through it. Good to meet you and I'm sure I'll see you at more races in the future.

Nice meeting you.  Nice race too.  I know what it is like to get cramps.

Seriously, though.  Great job though.

Nice Job, especially given the cramping.  Keep pluggin' away at that running and you will get faster.  Here is to next year!

Dave!  Nice work buddy.  Heat makes it tough to keep movin'.  Remember that focus blocks work--you may want to do a post-season run focus period of a month or two.

Again, Dave it was great to meet you in person and a fine race.

In reading many RR's from this event, we had plenty of company with misery and pain on the run leg - this course is tough in that regard, no place to hide from the sun and heat - yet we are still standin'

Looking forward to next season. Keep trainin'!
