Rogillio!  Get on this!  Make some calls!  Do that voodoo!  Sacrifice a chicken or something (but not a virgin, cause that would just be a terrible thing to waste).

I noticed from last year the page where the bib numbers were posted was dated 8-17 and the race was on 8-26.  So if were following that same time frame ... might not see bibs posted until Friday 8-22.

I've notified the State Department and Condi said just as soon as they resolve the "Georgia thing" they will get right on it.  I told her the Kentucky thing was a higher priority but she did not find that amusing.

Georgia schmorgia.  Condi needs to get her priorities straight.  Bib numbers are much more important than a thug country whose president is a drunk (oops did I say that outloud...will my post be censored now)...beating up a kid country with much less military resources.

I was just thinking about this today. Everytime I open my email, I feel like a little kid a Christmas time with all of the anticipation.

That's where I've been looking.  Took me a long time to remember where to find that.  The brainiacs who designed the website put the entrants list under "Results".  Not exactly intuitive.

I feel like it would be okay to self assign numbers at this point.  Kind of like the 5 minute rule in school.

Since my number worked well for me last year I am going to pick good old 503 for this year, do you think I should call or email the Ironman folks to tell them my choice?

I want to keep #671 from IMWI last year because it is written on a bunch of my equipment.

The only 'fun' number I ever got was 888.  My son said I could wear it upside down if I wanted to.

The best race number I ever got was for my first triathlon. I come from a running background and had done a ton of marathons before venturing into Ironman training. So what did Karma give me as my first tri number....262. All it was missing was the decimal point.
