I might be coming out but I am not sure yet. I figure if I go it would be mostly to chear on my friend and sign up for IMWI for next year. We will see. I would come latter on sunday because I have to work my running club's race on sunday. Then again I might just take my chances for IMFL.

Looking forward to the trip. I'll be volunteering at the Helix to guide athletes onto the bike course and then later in the afternoon at the turnaround on the run at State and Gillman (I think that's the address).

Hoping for better weather than when I did the race in 2006.

Actually if anyone needs a ride up from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago I'll be headed up on race day and back late that night (monday morning 1230-1am). I have one extra seat in my car. Very little extra space though since I'll have a massage table in the back of my RSX 8)

Been completely out of touch with things for a while. Ill be coming up late Saturday. Im working the medical tent 4-8pm. Then getting up Monday to sign up again for this thing. Love to hook up with other BTer's during the race.

i'll be with Inside-Out selling Cervelos under the Cervelo tent and hanging out doing bike maintenance on the race course again this year... if you need a bike come see me and tell me your a bt'er if not see you on the course...i will also be one of the guys pumping tires and fixing last minute issues in transition 4am race morning.

I arrived today and spent the afternoon at the Taste of Madison. I am SOOOOO happy to be here. I sat on the terrace tonight and looked at Lake Monona and thought about next year. I hope to meet up with some of you this week, I'm in town through the 9th at this point and couldn't be happier!

I am volunteering for my first IM - after watching it last year, I just had to be involved somehow. Sometime in the distant future I may be one of those athletes, but not yet....doing registration on Friday 1-5; Gatorade swim practice volunteer 8-10am Friday; then Sunday from 3-6 with transition stuff. CAN'T WAIT!!!

For those heading up..from Chicago/Michigan.. or elswhere..Im leaving saturday..Time to be determined. Supposed to goto Brewers Game with my son Saturday...which means driving back to chicago burbs and then leaving some crazy hr in the evening. IF i dont goto the game, Ill be going at a more reasonable hr. Ihave room to carpool as well. Ill be returning monday.
