I appreciate all the help from you guys this month. It really made a difference for me. Thank you!! I know I didn't get all the swims in, but I still hit 100% some how. Yeah!!!

Oh, and I didn't mean to ignore your last few posts - the day shift guy actually came in on time, which he does about once every two weeks, so I had to run really fast.

Since these almost certainly DON'T count, I'll leave them all in one post.

Didn't get laundry done. Had a cool, cool storm to watch instead. Obviously, didn't run in the storm.

Love the new teams. Will miss those of you not on it. Will be fun to taunt bite encourage each other across enemy lines.

Time to go find a new avatar, since I'm sure we WON THE SEPT CHALLENGE!!!! Go TEAM!!!

And now the moment you've all been waiting for..........

FIRST PLACE - Whips, Cattle Prods and Tiaras - 96.5%
SECOND PLACE - Team Post Padding - 93.3%
THIRD PLACE - Team Horny Melons - 89.2%


Congratulations to Whips, Cattle Prods and Tiaras (WCPTs)!
For the month of October, Team WCPTs will display a signature line: "My team won the September Four-Is-More Challenge!"


Team Post Padding and Team Horny Melons: Great job, guys! But you didn't win, and so.... For the month of October, you must display an avatar of something that SHOULD have made you move more!
This could be your shoes (ie: you should have run more), or your bike (ie: you should have biked more), or your bathing suit (ie: you should have swam more), or.... etc.


Avatars and signature lines will be displayed for the month of October. After that, it's your choice whether to leave it, or remove it.

But it would have been fun to see about 80 people on BT displaying avatars with whips, cattle prods and tasers.
