 Swim
What would you do differently?: Not sure...I think I would take he inside of the swim and the front. Depends.  Transition 1
Comments: I need to look for a different wetsuit. I got caught up in the suit with my arms and my ankles. I probably spent 5 minutes on the run from the swim trying to get out of the suit. What would you do differently?: New wet suit and more training in OWS  Bike
Comments: Flatted on the course and did not bring spares. That was all she wrote as I was only on the first loop. ---DNF--- Next year I will be back to kick your ass! What would you do differently?: Bring spares and CO2 Transition 2

You don't need CO2 or tubes for a race. Just some stuff called Vittoria Pit Stop is all you need. Oh well, next time, with a vengeance. |

Woke up 4:15 to get the transition setup. I felt great got a spot at the end of the rack and a traight shot to bike out. I went back to my room to relax.
