Is anyone here a running coach on the north shore, or know of a good one?

My suggestion would be to join one of the local Running clubs in the area. In particular I know Fernando Braz has a good reputation. I've not been coached by him personally, but I know he's gotten some great performances out of runners I know well.

I will second the MVS way. I have not worked out with them, but my local tri team, Trfury is spun off from them.
