Pre-race routine:

I helped the the PC athletes (Fowler and Mills) with their swim exit.

THIS RACE WAS DONE AS A RELAY... I ONLY DID THE RUN.
Event warmup:

minor. I mainly assisted in moving the athletes and then did a slight jogg before scott rigsby came in on the bike for our relay team.

heat, no shade, humidity, and my legs were shot after completing Escape from Alcatraz not even a week ago.
What would you do differently?:
