While I was happy with the time, I haven't really ran much lately and focused on swimming so I need to incorporate more running.

Forgot to untie shoes from first run so spent more time putting shoes back on for run.

After trying to in the race since 2007, I am thrilled to have completed it. It is really a good venue and exciting race. Love the new gym bag. :)

You did well man! 

I don't ever tie my running shoes up tight, I make it to were I can slip into them.  I really don't need side to side support, so there is no sense it making them tight.
