Really? I guess I lucked out, because even with the crash, I was just hoping to go sub 14 hour, and 13:30 (what I wrote on the 20-dollar bill) was my "dream" time considering the 6-week "baby-taper" leading up to the race. I didn't actually think I had 13:30 in me when the cannon went off.
My primary goal for next season is the 1/2 at Liberty. To get there I need to be able to run a bunch more, and losing some pounds would certainly help my chances of doing so without injury. So, this offseason is primarily building run volume in a smart way and losing some weight. Would like to get to 185 or so by race day (around 200 now)....
