Comments: My plan was to run with Ali and try to push her towards the end. I hadn't really run much since IMAZ so I was racing totalling on "leftover" fitness. She left before me so I thought I would try to catch her and then slow to her pace and just enjoy the run. By the time I finally caught her there was about a mile left. I was having a good run so I figured I'd just finish up strong and see what my finish was. What would you do differently?: Nothing really.I guess I should have just made sure we had a meeting place before the start so I wouldn't have been so far behind from the strat. I ran about a minute per mile faster than I had planned but only because I wasn't going to "race".  Post race

Ok so I'm a little late 9/12 posting this race.
We got there late so we rushed around to get our stuff to the buses and hit the toilets.
Jogged around looking for Ali but I couldn't find her.
