Woke up at 5:45 and took a shower. Had bowl of oatmeal and piece of toast with peanut butter. Also had 1 bottle of infinit drink mix.

Felt solid running out of transition and was probably to conservative on the first loop but kicked it in the last 1 1/2 mile. Wanted to go about 1 minute faster but something to shoot for next year. Kind of lost focus on the middle miles.
