Comments: Had and excellent run using 5:05/run :45/walk intervals. Once the hills came up I did add some additional walking but stuck the the same interval. What would you do differently?: Not much on this one. Post race

Arrived about an hour before the race. Milled around a little and sat down for about 25 minutes.
Headed down to the start line 20m till start and warmed up (4m walk,3m jog), stretched and doned my Camelbak.
