The water was a lot cooler than what I train in and it seemed to make a big difference. I didn't feel as worn out. It was actually enjoyable.

Still can't jump on bike while pushing it. Have to stop to get on. Had a little trouble getting clipped in, but no biggie.

My watch showed 10:30 in the pool. I guess it took me another 25 secs to get to the pad.

Just need to get faster.

Nice job Brian.  Your swim and run times got considerably faster.  Looks like you were able to cut 3:30 minutes off of your Super Sprint pace.  See you Saturday morning if ya'll are riding.  Are you still planning on going to Plano.  That's sounds good to me.
