Pre-race routine:

I checked in at the race and then went over to Starbucks to meet up with some other BT gals.

Event warmup:

ride bike from parking to start, stretching and socializing. right before the start I realized that I left the repair kit in the car...and then my petal strap came loose. I started 15 minutes late-but that is okay because it wasn't actually a race.

Warm down:

Stretching, eating and socializing. I took a nice and easy ride back to the car.
