Subject: Day Off listed on training Log

 

I have placed a comment only (no actual training) in yesterdays training log that reads, "Day Off, Rest".  It does not show up as I expected it to on the weekly calendar view.

 Should I be listing a "day off" in this way?  I am just trying to account for what I did or did not do every day.

You don't have to log an 'off day'...if you use the 'actual vs planned' calendar reports it off days will be accounted for.

Of course feel free to add any details of your off days for any future referance.
