Out of the water at 20:10, but then had the 1/4 mile run over to T1. Decent swim, good sighting and not much current this year, so pretty happy overall
What would you do differently?:

Go out stronger. Be quicker to T1

Decent ride, just had no power in the legs from the heavy week of training the week before, espically the 15 mile run on Thursday. Still not bad, just kind of dissappoinging.

Comments:

Decent run, took two miles for my legs to remember how to run fast. After all of the IM training and 10+ mile runs, it was a strugle to turn over decent mile times. Last 1.1 mile was 6:22, and started feeling like myself in a 5k.

Training thru the race for an IM. Just no power in the legs coming off of a hard week and a 15 mile run two days before.
