There are currently one set offered today.  They are going on the same path that MTB went about 4-5 years ago.  They are apparently better for most applications on MTB.  They had to make it to road sooner or later.
I'm wary of them on road, since we are going so much faster.  I'll let someone else be first to try them.

I truthfully don't know much about them, but I've been wanting to try out Tufo's tubular clinchers for awhile now

I race mtb's and by far, the most flats are from the tubeless tires.  I guess they are lighter, but if you cannot finish the race, the lightness ain't helping.

I hated my MTB tubeless. Went flat over about 3-4 days and then you need to re-seat the bead when they go all the way flat. Seating the bead involves getting a LARGE volume of air in the tire so it pops outward onto the rim bead. Gives quite a head rush pumping that fast.

On the trail, a side glance of a wheel on a boulder and it'd un-seat the tire. Wast 3 cartridges of CO2 trying to get it re-seated.

I'm in no hurry to save a few grams of tube weight. Oh, and BTW: Tubulars accomplish the same idea and have been available for quitye some time.

I was at a bike race in August and there was a pro team riding on them. I forget the team that was riding them, but they were pro's none the less and had positive things to say about them (at least the mechanic did). Never used them, but that's what i have heard.
