I guess I am in too. I figured that since all my friends (all the friendly people in WCPT) are doing it I am going to do it too. Put me down for 30 miles. Trying to get the knee back into shape post surgery and dont want to push it to much

If it's alright, I'd like to change my goal from miles to time - I'm shooting for 6 hours run/walk and elliptical.

Gotta get back into the swing of things! Put me down for 35 miles. (I know, I know -- but it's supposed to be a realistic goal, right?)

Hi Cat,

Will you be creating spreadsheets for us to use or should we create our own?

OKay, so I told myself that I would not do a challenge this month b.c work and life is too crazy.  But I am taking a week off of work, and I worry that if I don't do a challenge, I won't workout at all...

So with that being said.....

How about a measily 18 miles ?

I need my sanity....

a NOTE on spreadsheets: I WILL do them - promise... only Im at work a lot at the moment so you might have to sit tight for another 24 hours to get them.

Hope this works for everyone - I have the goals etc so its no trouble setting them up as long as you dont mind waiting a day or so!
