Subject: Enough Rest?I started a thread about the long term effects of working out...it made me think about another subject... Do i get enough rest? i know i don't. my usual rest period is 6 hours or less, even if i'd had a HARD workout...i know i should be resting longer, but i just can't... blame it on the kids, the sun, the wife (ahem), or any other factors, i never get to sleep longer than 6 hours (maybe 7 once or twice). I wonder how much better my progress would be if i slept more than 8 hours a night? What do some of you folks think? anyone start out with shorter rest periods and then "progess" to longer rests? did you notice a big difference in results?
