Evening all

Is there a differance between the two of these DVD's?  I have Happy laps on the way, is it worth the cost to pick up a used freestyel made easy dvd?

Laughlin is constantly changing the drill sequences and Total Immersion lessons.  Yes, they are different but I don't know if it's worth buying the new one.  Do you have the book as well?  If so, try to get the DVD that matches your books publishing date.  Pick one generation of TI and go for it.

I rented both from the library.  Happy Laps is really about getting people used to the water who are timid about it.

Freestyle Made Easy teaches you how to swim freestyle.

Happy Laps is a good resource, but you will need to get the Freestyle Made Easy DVD, too.  Enjoy!
