Comments: Nothing spectacular. Just a training run at a slower pace. Because of the pull tab timing, by my watch my time was closer to 31:30. Even ran 16 more minutes after the race since I felt well enough. What would you do differently?: Run faster. Post race
Warm down: Jogged, walked around, stretched. What limited your ability to perform faster: Fitness level for running. Event comments: Great race, great cause. Lots of vendor booths and free stuff. Long sleeve shirts - in September??? Didn't like the pull tab timing - it was off by about 3 minutes. Last updated: 2008-09-23 12:00 AM
