Got my peach x 2 today! Rode the trainer before this morning and then hit the gym after work. Now just waiting for my hubby to get home from bowling (yes, that's right I did say bowling) so we can eat dinner and watch the shows we DVR'd.

Todd...what a great view! I'm jealous!! Do you guys realize that in this group we pretty much have the US covered from Coast to Coast!!

I hear ya there.  I wanted to collapse on the couch when I got home from work but instead forced myself to get outside for a walk.

No promises on if it will "click"....I'm going to swim again at lunch to day, I'll let you know if it's click-less!  Part of it might be that I did it naked, that means no watch.  I just swam, even lost track of laps after 1,000 meters.

Tavis and Neal way to get the walk in to stay peachy!

Got in late last night, so no peach until lunch...I HATE SEEING THE YELLOW BOX ON MY SCHEDULE!

Yesterday, after work I did 40 min on the dreadmill and then push-ups (I'm in that challenge) and some core.

Rode the bike to and from work again today.

Only a couple weeks left until US daylight savings time, then going to have to decide if I want to bike home in the dark or just go back to early morning before work rides.

Got to the gym early this morning for my peach, although I really wanted some more sleep....5 hours just doesn't cut it.  did 30 min on the elliptical, core work, push-ups and some stretching.  I need to do more stretching, but I just HATE doing it!

Oh no. I've got oodles of errands to run today so I wont get my peach until tonight(Thursday). I will then have to WILL myself onto the trainer for a short spin. This will take a high degree of will power. I may need to be guilted into it.

Peaches,

I've been slacking and I'm sorry.  Every day I am active, but feel like logging things like walking my dog or housework is cheating.  Lazy month, bad month to do challenges, sorries about that.

Love,

Mar

I'm still peachy!  I've been having a rough time with FOOD.  Tuesday was especially rough and I ended up doing some of my pushups and stretching.  Last night, I did my run and physical therapy exercises.  This morning I did my run and stretching.  Tomorrow is physical therapy.  Saturday morning is my run.  Sunday is uhh Sunday, I'll figure something out.

Great job staying peachy!

Food can be very challenging!  I'm trying to cut down on sugar now before the holiday season is in full swing.  Figure if I cut it now, maybe the craving will not be as bad laster on.  Anyway, my new motto is "Will this look good on my abs?"  (my off-season goals are to change my body comp) Sounds odd, but when I want to eat something bad, I ask myself this question and I've been able to make much better choices this week.

Lifted some weights after work and then attended my second tri class.  Just 2 short weeks of swim work and I can already feel my stroke improving!
