7 mile run and then off to Old Chicago for Thirsty Thursday!

I am going to swim jog for 20 minutes and then do a swim workout (1650m). That will be pretty good for me.

I might battle the rain - but if I loose my courage by the time I get off work at 5:30 I'm gonna run for 30 min on the good ol' treadmill.

Did 20 minutes of run/walk this morning with 35 mins of swimming.

 May do a weight workout later on today but we'll see.  I'm trying to make tomorrow a rest/light day.

typical morning bike commute (12 miles medium intensity medium hills), take it easy going home on the bike as it will be rainy/wet and even though it is Seattle...there are still a lot of stupid drivers when it is wet out. Then a 30 minute run and 20 minute body circuit after dinner.
