What race did you like the best and why? All races have good and bad but what was your favourite this tri season?

Hockey season has begun which means many visits to the local hockey rinks (2 of us play in the family!), cross country skiing, core and weight training and of course I will keep up on the S/B/R too!

Already anxiously waiting for the 09 races to be listed!

Enjoy the off season everyone and remain injury free for next year!

I enjoyed my hometown double sprint tri the best!! It was the first triathlon/triathlons of my life!!

Day 1 + Day 2 times = overall time. Cant wait till next year. I finished 6th overall, 2nd in age group.

My 2nd tri of the season was in St. Josephs Island, normal sprint distance, did it in 1:13, got 1st overall.  Was a good time, went up with my dad and met some people i knew there.

My 3rd and 4th triathlons were part of the HSBC series, Toronto Island and Lakeside II.

Toronto went well, took 1st in my age group 13th overall, and i inured myself at Lakeside (foot), going from 5th overall after T2, to 63rd with a limpin' run.

I am hooked on triathlon!! cant wait to get at as many sprints as i can next year!!! everything about it rocks!!

I was in <19 age group 2008.....2009 im moving up to 20-24!!! Im gonna have to step it wayyy up.
