Nice article. I'm going to work on some of that tomorrow... I know my hand drops when breathing just like they describe...

My avatat actually looks a lot like me, I think! And the cat matches too. The background is where I wish I was, not where I am!

yEAH..on my "strong" side, my hand is nearly under my chest by the time I roll back into the water after breathing...I lose most of my propelling stroke just trying to push my head up. On my "weak" side, the side I learned with TI, my head stays pressed down on top of my arm that is streched forward, and the pull doesn't start until my body is ready to roll again. It's amazing how hard it is to undo learned muscle memory. Going to the pool to practice it now.
