Comments: Some roads were wet others dry - Lots of uphill and fast down hills. FYI to people riding down hill - either haul down nice and fast in the middle of the road - or ride your brakes closer to the right......grrr..... Infinit rocks!!!!!!! What would you do differently?: Probably should have taken longer breaks to stretch - I did stretch on the bike - but I was not expecting so many long climbs. It was hard to get out of the saddle and I ended up pulling a muscle in my lower back at mile 49 -grrrr....  Post race
Warm down: Layed in car. Ate an Oreo. Drank some more water. What limited your ability to perform faster: Didn't train for this ride at all. 3 hours of sleep - Stayed up all night watching James Bond - Had a foot long pizza sub for dinner mmm..... Had a Red Bull and a trail mix bar for breakfast - then took off!
None - pshhh... rode around the parking lot a little.
