Comments:

Walkers were everywhere. Hard to maintain pace for the first mile with doging walkers. Went out a litle too hard too fast.
Finished #260 in mens division.
What would you do differently?:

Slower first mile and get to the front of the start.
Dring more fluids the previous days before the race. I didn't really prepare for this as a race. Should have had more fluid the hours before the race also.

Warm down:

One serving Red Beans and Rice.
Walked around a good bit with Joann
