"what plan?" pretty much sums up my plan... or lack thereof... and it's going great! In reality, I'm just tacking a double onto to end of my ultra season... so I guess you could say my plan is a self-created one with 1x/week hills, 1x/week tempo, and a 6+ hour run about every 2 weeks.  Racing Hartford and running Mohawk Hudson, both this weekend as my first and second marathons. Should be FUN! |
