Subject: HIM to peak
I plan on racing my first IM next fall and there is a HIM that I want to do that is 2-3 weeks before. Has anyone used a HIM to peak for a IM? How did you race the HIM? Did you race it or did you use it like a training day?

too close, in my opinion. That said, I am with trepidation doing Eagleman and IMLP next year. And even that I think is pushing it.
