An easy 18.37 miles bike ride....windy + light shower.

Will swim this afternoon if the weather allows me...I couldn't yesterday...heavy rain.

Yay I am mostly done for the day! - I did my strengeth training this morning w/ my PT - I still need to run tonight - but we got invited over to a friend's house for dinner - mmmmmm....so I may skip the run tonight if it gets too late.

Tommorow is the big day!  26 mile ride and 4 mile sprints
