Master  1547   |  Subject: how are you watching IM Kona?So this is annoying...the ironman.com site has the video but even though I have a 20 in monitor it is annoyingly small video feed...maybe 3 x 4 in large. Is there a better site to watch the feed? Or is it on directv somehwere??? |

It is a much better/easier way to watch the race for those of you that have that feature on your TV. I really thought the resolution was going to be bad but it's really not. It's not HD (maybe one day  ) but it's IMWC and it's going on right now and I get to watch it for free so I'm not going to complain too much about the visuals. Atleast the feed is still going strong and the coverage so far is pretty good. I remember one year when they kept losin the feed, It was annoying.
BTW, Chrissie is flying right now and Potts looks strong as well. |

They should only be on the screen just prior to and coming back from a commercial. Think NFL coverage. People don't want to look at these people even if they are smart on tri or experienced. They want to look at the actual racers and listen to the expert commentary. At most they should Picture in Picture someone in, when they introduce a new commentator. |

Master 2139 piece o heaven | Subject: RE: how are you watching IM Kona? i think it was typical coverage and really enjoyed it - I had it on from 7am my time until 3:30 - forced to turn it off -> went to the UW - Penn St game - would have been better time spent at home watching Kona What a great race- congrats to Crowie and Wellington (showing you can still win no matter what) |
