Subject: RE: Going from HIM back to Sprint-Suggestions?I was almost as sore the day after my last sprint as I was the day after my HIM. My training had been similar to yours, all gearing up for the HIM and I just used the sprint as a fun training day, but I did push it pretty hard. The intensity must have been a bit of a shock to my endurance trained muscles, but nothing that interfered with my training schedule. With such short distances, go out and push everything to the limit. Even if you blow up on the bike, your HIM training will carry you through and you can laugh about getting a little too crazy afterwards.
