Subject: New PR!So the intention of today's workout was to run 3.5mi to the park, do some of the things on the fitness trail (Pull-ups, sit-ups, etc ) and then run back home for a total distance of 7mi. Plotting this out after the fact, it was a 4.5 mi run to/from the park, and another 1mi on the fitness trail, for a total of around 10.5mi. No wonder I'm so tired. |
