If I only have one workout that day, I'll definitely do it in the AM.

I work out in the morning and/or right after work.  Yesterday, I ran after work and did physical therapy exercises after the run.  I would've done the PT exercises or run before work but I had to do fasting bloodwork and I didn't want to suffer

This morning I swam and I will probably do something after work as my husband will be having dinner out.

Tomorrow morning is physical therapy with run after work.

 Uhh yeah, both!

I am a right after work or late at night.

My job location and lunch time prevent me from doing that, although if my boss ever decided to give me a 2hr lunch and let me work 30m longer in the morning and afternoon...I would jump all over it.

I do not enjoy morning workouts though.

I tried one early AM workout at the gym - it was actualy really nice - it was getting there that was a drag. Best thing about running in the morning = spiderwebs covering my entire body cause I'm the first one on the trail.

On work days - mostly before.  If I try to do it after, I usually vote for dinner & wine instead.

On off days - anytime it works into my schedule, I'm very flexible.

Somedays I'll do an early AM workout & an afternoon workout to split things up.

As long as I can fit my life in around my workouts I'm happy - notice the priority here.  It used to be that I tried to fit my workouts in around my life...now...not so much!  Of course, work can't change a lot, but my off days are scheduled around activity - that's the priority.

Better to burn out than to rust out!

I love to swim bike and run throughout the mornings...!!

BUT NOTHING BEATS A NIGHTTIME ROLLERBLADE OR BIKE AROUND TOWN!!

Agree with you mate, nothing beats a midnight ride! the cool air, empty roads all to yourself..... ahhhhhh (just make sure you dont schedule a morning swim/ride the next morning!)

morning and right after work.  I'm up and in the pool before my wife is even awake and home and swimming (again) or running before she gets out of work.  Then we eat dinner and are in bed by 9.

AM is the best time for me given family obligations, but I can't seem to do it consistently. I very seldom to get sleep prior to 11:00pm, so a 4:30 wake up call is tough.

I only voted for Crack of Dawn, because that's when the majority of my workouts occur - and I hate it.  5:30 am runs suck for me.  6:30 or 7:00 am Sunday bricks are better, but cut into family time.  Generally, my swim sessions are in the afternoon/evening, when I can work them in.

I was consistently doing AM workouts & some PM workouts; however, the mornings are starting to get really dark and it is hard to get out of bed. I know, I just need to HTFU, but I can still whine. Lunch workouts are out of the question, since I don't have access to a shower. I do try to walk some days at lunch, but nothing that works up a sweat.

Weekend workouts start whenever I wake up. No alarm clock on the weekends!

I'd want to kiss any RD (even a big scruffy dude) who would schedule a sprint tri at 5:00 p.m during the summer.  I love to sleep, and I love the heat.  My training pretty much matches my racing, except for one big part.  I don't train much at 7:00 a.m., and I only do that because my Y has the worst swim schedule known to mankind.
