OK, on the ride - I did want a 35 minute but the hills and not training in 2 weeks did catch up - I felt great on the hills, passed a bunch and did get passed by ZIA - or see ya, all I heard was WHOOOSSSH, and then the orange wheel , yup that was him.
What would you do differently?:

Push harder, I felt I should have done at least 20 mph with no issues

Run more - run more - run more - longer runs
Post race
Warm down:

Finished - saw some North Dallas Tri guys & girls - BT'ers - told Zia great pass

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Just really the run - If I can get this down to a 8 to 9 minute mile then I will be pleased

Event comments:

Good race - well laid out and plenty of room - did this last year and I was faster by over 10 minutes - so I am pleased.

Nice Race.  Congrats on the improvement.  With as good as your swim and bike times are with a little work you will have no problems getting your run times down as well.

Nice final race of the season, honey! What a great job! Sorry we weren't there to cheer you on.. Guess that's what you get when you get your kids into triathlon and they're too tired from their race the day before to get up early AGAIN to come see Dad race!!!
