Comments:

9-1 run/walk ratio all the way through till the 24th mile. My legs were hurting from the hills so I started walking a lot more.

This is my 4th time for this race. They keep changing the course each time, but it keeps getting better and better. This was my 2nd best time.
What would you do differently?:

Train more on hills.
