... for another Kuota.

My old K-Factor has been a great bike, but I was ready for something a little more aggressive. I just finished building this '08 Kalibur. I transfered the K-Force Cranks and the Dura-Ace components from my previous rig and then upgraded a few items:

FSA K-Force titanium Brake Calipers
Vision Carbon base bar
Mavic Carbone Premium Wheels
FSA Ceramic Bottom Bracket

Isn't she pretty ...

Thanks. I got in a quick 45 miles on her yesterday, and was pretty suprised how comfortable I was in the cockpit.

I think you will enjoy your K-Factor SL. The geometry sets you up for comfort during the long haul. I did two half-Irons and one full-Iron on my K-Factor. ... and I believe the SL is a touch lighter and stiffer.

I just went from six o'clock to midnight.

Nice bike, love the black and white. Maybe you should think of some white bar tape, that would be cool

I almost went with white ... and still might. I was just worried that white would turn to gray in a matter of weeks. I am a greasy ape.

If you were doing white tape, I'd go for a matching seat.  A very good looking bike.
