yup, in florida.  doesn't get much further from CDA.  This is the first time I've parted from the new bike at all.  I'm sad  but happy feeling that it will get there safely and in one piece! my friend just got back from brazil and tsa tore his bike case apart, put it back together poorly with things hitting each other and only put one strap back on! yikes. lets hope tri bike transport does a better job!
race number guess...
945?  completely baseless stab in the dark. but fun competition! I love it!

Bike is now disassembled and safely tucked inside the box.  It goes in the car with us Friday.

Number?  I'll guess 1320.

Gonna throw this out there for those arriving Wed....anyone want to meet up for the Gatorade swim on Thurs morning to say hello and get some pics?   I want to get it out of the way early so that I can get in line for check-in and get that over with.  We can meet at the moose statue that is between the beach start line and the resort hotel - you can't miss it.  I'm thinking 7:30 AM (swim is from 7-10 AM), athlete check-in begins at 10.

We can repeat this for Friday morning as well?

My plan was to swim Friday around 8:30 and then go check in at 10.  However, if more people want to swim early I can do that instead.

Who else is going to swim Friday and when?

I like this plan as I am staying a good 30 minutes away from race site. But if the consensus is earlier, so be it. I want share some BT swim love! I am #2323. How cool is that?

#1496, two spots down from McFuzz. Jen pointed out that my number is my birth year, 1964, just scrambled up. That has got to be a good sign.

So does this mean that the SNB is the food and gear bag combined? Or are they still separate but you pick them up at the same place?

Also, #2015. I don't think it has any special meaning! haha

Sherman Ave. or bust!!
