REI is having free clinics in preparation of the Acworth Women's Sprint Tri. I signed up for the one on April 10 @ 2:00. Here's a link.

I attended one of their clinics last year in prep for the race. It's very helpful. I even connect with a group who did a mock tri at the Acworth location. It's a great race.
