Subject: Team Evergreen Racing
Just curious if anyone out there is a member of the TER cycling club? Any insights as to how this club is run? Is it large? What kind of ride calendar do they put together? I'm hoping to latch on to a club in 09 and trying to get the scoop on some of the locals.

I've never been a member but I have tagged-along on several rides with the club...although not at all this past season. The club appears to attract riders of all abilities and the times I have ridden with them there were usually a dozen or so riders.  The club does have a website (I believe www.teamevergreen.com) that outlines their rides.  You don't need to be a member to ride with the club.  If I lived on the west side of town I would most likely be a member.

They have the racing team (TER) that rides on Saturdays and Team Evergreen that rides on Sundays.  Every spring we ride with TE til life gets in the way, and next thing we know they're doing rides beyond me.  They're a nice group, all levels.  TE is finished w/ group rides for the year.  Like the previous post said, check out their website -- great ride maps, too.
